3. Receive date confirmation from Samantha Cruz to visit coordinator’s designated email address
4. Assign a Visit Coordinator to work through the Author Visit Checklist within the booklet provided
5. Have book orders post dated and in the mail 3 weeks prior to visit
6. Submit Contract Form 2 weeks prior to visit to receive Author Visit Contract and ensure organized coordination
7. Have classes work through any supplemental material in the weeks leading up to the visit and complete requirements for the Author Visit Contest (if applicable)
